As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering integration initiatives, collaborating across the business to document, design, and implement solutions that support strategic outcomes. You'll be at the heart of discovery, design, and stakeholder engagement, shaping quality outcomes that improve customer and system experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and socialise business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Facilitate design and playback sessions with stakeholders
• Work across Agile and hybrid project delivery models
• Support QA and change management processes
• Analyse business processes and define service journeys
• Champion business analysis best practice and contribute to the internal BA chapter

Requirements:

• Proven experience in enterprise integration projects (APIs, data flows)
• Strong background in requirement gathering and documentation
• Familiarity with Agile, iterative, and waterfall delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Utilities sector knowledge is a bonus
• Confident leading workshops and presenting at senior levels
