JOB DESCRIPTION-
Job Title- STORE MANAGERNo. of positions- 1
Payrate- $25- $35 per hour
Weekly hours- 32- 40 per week
Gill Fuel is a leading service station and convenience retailer committed to providing high-quality fuel and excellent customer service. The Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Gill Fuel service station, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation while delivering exceptional customer service.
.Oversee daily service station operations, including fuel sales and other store functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.- Carrying out stock takes regularly to maintain the sufficient stock level
- Monitor sales performance by managing inventory and setting sales targets
.Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
.Determine the service standards and ensuring standards for quality and customer service..Implement strategies to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure all cash handling and other financial procedures are followed accurately.
.Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure that all products are properly displayed and organized.
.Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring a high level of customer service, product knowledge, and efficiency.
.Responsible for recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
.Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales and studying trends.
.Responsible for selling the products to customers and ensuring they receive exceptional service. Also guide them to select right products.
2 Years of experience OR Level 4 OR Higher Qualification is preferable
