Store manager - Auckland

Weekly Working Hours: 32-40 hours

As a Store Manager at Bon Factory Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and managing a team to ensure smooth operations. You will ensure the bakery's products meet quality standards while fostering a positive environment for customers and staff alike.

• Develop and Implement Store Strategies to increase customer base, store traffic, and profitability.
• Ensure Excellent Customer Satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Lead and Motivate the Team to maximize productivity and performance.
• Oversee Stock Management to ensure the bakery has optimal inventory levels and control wastage.
• Analyze Sales Data and Trends to forecast future sales and set business objectives.
• Handle Staff Recruitment, Appraisals, and Performance Reviews to build a strong, efficient team.
• Organize Training and Development programs to ensure staff are well-equipped to deliver excellent service.
• Negotiate with Suppliers for high-quality ingredients and products at competitive prices.
• Manage Financial Records, including sales, expenses, and budgeting. Implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Organize Promotions and Product Displays to attract customers and drive sales.
• Ensure Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Monitor Market Trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Handle Customer Complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Propose Business Improvements to enhance operations and customer experience.

2 Years of work experience OR Level 4 Or higher qualification is preferable
