Run the End of the Line:**

Make sure everything works properly where the dried food comes out of the machines.

**Handle Finished Products:**

Take out the bins of dried food, check their moisture levels, and finish drying or conditioning them if needed.

**Pack the Product:**

Weigh and pack the final product into big bins (totes) and write down the weights.

**Do Quality Checks:**

Test the product to make sure it's up to standard - this includes moisture testing, tasting (cook-ups), and grading.

**Keep Records:**

Write down what you packed, weights, test results, and anything important that happened during the shift.

**Clean the Area:**

Make sure the outfeed and packing areas are always clean and safe - this includes cleaning surfaces and doing hygiene checks.

**Stay Tidy:**

Maintain good personal hygiene (very important in food production) and look presentable.

**Do Safety Checks:**

Before using any equipment, do basic safety and maintenance checks.

**Report Issues:**

If something isn't working or you notice a problem with the product, report it right away to the team leader.
