Store Manager - Invercargill

We are looking for Store Managers who are highly motivated, honest, enthusiastic team players to join our team in Southland at the following stores!

Job tasks includes:

1. Excellent time management skills and communication skills
2. Ability to work independently and lead your team
3. Strong understanding of sales and customer service strategies
4. Strong understanding and ability to manage the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
5. A real team player who is keen to wear our brand with pride.
6. Checking stock, adding, or removing brands as per their demand and always keep in-demand items in stock.
7. Maintaining records of stocks level and financial transactions.
8. Report to the owner and maintain communication between management and staff.
9. Any other task as reasonably requested by the company.
10. Determining additional sales promotion.
11. Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
12. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
13. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

Meeting sales targets, managing budgets, and maximizing store profitability.

Pay rate: $25 to $35 per hour

1. 3 Years of Relevant Experience required OR Leve 4 or Higher formal qualification required
