Store Manager
Invercargill
We require a Store Manager with NZQF Diploma qualification or min. three years relevant work experience to run the day-to-day operations at our busy takeaway restaurant. Pay rate would be $30 p/h.

- Keep your employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make decisions for your employees.
- Decide on the products to be placed in the front and manage the purchase of the products.
- Maintain the budget for the store.
- Framing and applying purchasing and marketing policies
- Monitor, train and mentor the staff to achieve the best results.
- Manage the stock levels, supplies and inventory
- Set prices of products keeping in mind the cost of products and mark up
- Market and promote the products in the store
- Enforce all Safety and Security Issues and report any and all unsafe conditions.
This is a fast-paced position that requires someone with great communication skills, an excellent work ethic, and the ability to supervise a team in a positive way.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE: Ability to work flexible hours.
