Thisis a permanent full-time opportunity (0.94FTE) working a 4x2 roster patternpredominately day and afternoon shift.Skills and experienceWe seek an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic healthprofessional with a drive to support the day-to-day operational of a busy andoften challenging service.

Working alongside the Clinical Manager, you will foster an environment where staff arethe key asset providing brief episode, high level clinical care that iscompassionate, consumer and whānau-family focused.With your proven ability to lead, you will be an expert atdeveloping and extending practice.

You will assist with success and developmentconversations, provide overall clinical expertise and mentorship within theteam, and enable the team to continue todeliver a high standard of care.Your skills will include:Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to communicate effectively and form positive working relationships at all levels;The ability to facilitate and provide high quality professional practice and provide expert leadership within the service;The ability to work in an integrated and collaborative manner with both our outpatient and inpatient teams and across the wider mental health system;Certification as a Duly Authorized Officer for the Mental Health Act is advantageous (if not currently certified, training will be provided);This role requires strong clinical and operational leadership skills, you will have developed clinical expertise in mental health over a minimum of 5 years.You will be a Registered Health Professional
