- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and contractors on-site.
- Maintain and operate tools and equipment to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Deliver work on time, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Proven experience as a carpenter, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality finishing work.
- A complete set of high-quality tools required for finishing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project needs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
