Position Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Dowdens Lane, Hobsonville, Auckland

This is a full-time, permanent position, with part-time options available upon request by the successful applicant. Guaranteed weekly working hours are between 30 and 42 hours, from Monday to Sunday.

Wages are from hourly pay between $30 and $32 depending on the experiences

Position Summary:

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving InterGlobal Ltd's growth by identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic business opportunities. This role involves developing strong relationships with clients and partners, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing to the overall business strategy to ensure the company achieves its financial and market expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution
o Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
o Identify new market opportunities, trends, and potential partnerships.
  1. Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  1. Market Research and Analysis
o Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
o Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
  1. Sales and Revenue Generation
o Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
o Meet and exceed revenue targets.
  1. Team Collaboration
o Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
o Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
  1. Reporting and Performance Tracking
o Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.

o Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Key Requirements:
  1. Education and Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, HR , marketing, administration, sales, or a similar role, preferably
  1. Skills and Competencies

o Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

o Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
o Analytical mindset with proficiency in market analysis and forecasting.
o Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  1. Other Requirements
o Proficiency in language - Chinese, Thailand and Vietnamese preferable
o Ability to travel for business purposes as required.

o Must hold a valid legal right to work in NZ
