About the Role:
The Rent House Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Property Manager / Business Development Manager, based in Auckland. This hybrid role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building strong client relationships and has the ambition to grow a portfolio from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management & Portfolio Growth: Confidently and competently manage a residential portfolio with a proven ability to grow it organically through excellent customer service and business development strategies.
Business Development: Leverage your experience in business growth to attract new clients, generate leads, and build relationships with property ownersClient Liaison: Act as the key contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring high levels of communication, satisfaction, and professionalism.
Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in business development and property management, with demonstrable portfolio growth.Ability to work independently and take initiative, especially when growing and managing your portfolio.
Willingness to travel across Auckland, with a full, clean driver’s license.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
