Office Administrator

Job description:

Due to an opening within our company, we are seeking a well mannered, customer focused and Team motivated individual for a 30-40 hour week position.

The role includes
  • Answering Phone calls and emails from clients and suppliers alike
  • Data entry within our Operating software (simPRO), Accountancy software (Xero) and Payroll systems
  • Customer service and after sales service
  • Greeting guests who enter our Office in person
  • Arranging GST and Tax payments
  • Scheduling of some Trade Staff activities
  • Customer Invoicing, Book keeping and Account Reconciliations
  • Weekly Payroll responsibilities
  • Aged Debt follow up
  • General Administrative tasks

It would be an advantage if applicants had experience with simPRO software, Xero, Microsoft Word, Excell, & Outlook, but its not essential and all training can be given.

Applicants should have knowledge and understanding of Accounting software, preferably Xero.

Tuffnell Plumbing Drainage & Gas are a long established family owned and operated company, with a large client base and a Team of 20 Staff, we pride ourselves on great customer service, a tidy appearance and great workmanship and maintaining customer relationships.

The role is located in our premises at 46 Beach Road, Richmond, and is currently vacant, so we are keen to fill this position as soon as possible, we will be seeking applications of interest immediately, with shortlist applicants interviews being conducted soon after.
