Administration and Sales Support

David Reid Homes is New Zealand’s leading premium home building company, specialising in custom design and build projects. Our Nelson franchise is growing, and with the exciting launch of our new show home, we’re on the lookout for a friendly, motivated and capable admin and/or sales superstar to join our busy and passionate team.

This is a varied position, no two days will be the same! You'll be an essential part of our operation, helping us deliver high-quality homes and exceptional customer service.

• Communicating effectively with sub-trades, suppliers, and clients
• Assisting with general administration and data input
• Supporting health & safety compliance
• Handling sales enquiries and engaging with the public
• Using Builder Trend or similar systems (experience helpful but not essential)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A self-starter who is organised and detail-focused
• Experience in an admin or sales role
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
