Platinum Recruitment are assisting again with this huge NZ employer, in their search for a Slaughter Board Supervisor.
THE ROLE:You will be reporting in to the Departmental Manager (Slaughter Manager) on-site. I have just completed a successful search for not 1 but 2 Slaughter Board Supervisors, and now I am on my 3rd search for the same skill set - different location this time.
This is a permanent role too & we are looking for the right supervisor to build the productivity, efficiency, and culture for the chain
Dayshift: 6 am to 5pm. 45~50 hours p/week
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN: Red meat slaughter experience
Leading large, high intensity & seasonal production teamsCommunicating effectively up & down reporting lines
Industry training, mentoring & upskilling
Delivering & training production KPIs in red meat processing
Proven wins in budgeting, forecasting & reporting
Immediate eligibility to work in NZ required
