Restaurant Manager

Misty and Ronny Limited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are a well-established café located in Auckland, renowned for serving fresh, high-quality food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service.

We are currently offering a full-time, permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours and up to 40 hours per week. The hourly pay rate ranges from $30 to $34, depending on skills and experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years' full-time work experience in hospitality management, OR
• A diploma in hospitality management or a bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Oversee the daily operations of the café
• Manage staff rosters, workloads, and budgets
• Recruit, train, and supervise café staff
• Plan menus and special promotions in collaboration with chefs and staff
• Manage procurement, pricing, and stock levels within budget
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback to maintain and improve service standards
• Record and analyse daily financial transactions
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Support the team in enhancing operational efficiency and service quality
