About the role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our busy team. This is a full-time, permanent, hands-on role that combines delivery driving with warehouse operations. Based at our hybrid Vulcan site in Mosgiel, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and with great service.
No two days are the same — this role offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while supporting daily site operations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service at every delivery point
- Drive our small delivery truck (full Class 2 licence required) to deliver Steel and Aluminium products to customers
- Complete deliveries throughout the Top of the South Island, including Nelson, Richmond, Motueka, Marlborough and surrounding areas, plus a twice-weekly run into Central Otago
- Assist with general stores duties, including picking and packing orders, receipting stock, and generating packing slips
- Support warehouse operations as required
- Approximate start time between 7:00am–8:30am
- Finish between 4:30pm–5:00pm
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Overtime may be available once trained and is paid at time and a half
- Full Class 2 driver’s licence (essential)
- Experience in warehousing, stock picking, or general warehouse duties
- Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for stock and job tracking
- Forklift licence and experience (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
