Duty manager/shift supervisor
At Lone Star Manukau we are on the hunt for a Duty Manager; it’s a fast-paced gig with plenty of responsibility, so you’ll need a current Managers’ certificate and past experience in a similar role to hit the ground running.
This role will sit beside our restaurant manager working Sunday 11.30 to 10.30pm and Monday 3.30pm to 10.30pm as the duty manager/shift supervisor and some floor shifts. Could potentially be more hours depending on availability.

Minimum requirements must hold an LCQ certificate and managers certificate. Previous experience managing a full service restaurant.
