Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent future problems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Work with a team to complete projects within established timelines and budgets
- Communicate effectively with clients and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Trade qualified/Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems + experience across a variety of pipes/fittings
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Own tools + reliable transport
- Sitesafe/EWP
