Are you an experienced plumbing estimator looking for an exciting challenge? We are seeking a **Senior Plumbing Estimator** to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality commercial projects.
### **About the Role:**
As a Senior Plumbing Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive project estimates, working on large-scale projects ranging from **hotel buildings to 20,000 sqm warehouses**. You will analyze project specifications, conduct material and labor cost assessments, and collaborate closely with engineers, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.You will have the opportunity to work with **Tier 1, 2, and 3 main contractors**, fostering strong industry relationships and ensuring best-practice pricing strategies.
Additionally, you will:- Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value-engineering solutions.
- Lead pricing negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and compliance standards.
- Ensure estimates align with timelines, budget constraints, and client expectations.
- **Previous experience as a plumbing estimator** is essential.
- **Extensive knowledge of the plumbing industry** and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in estimation tools like **Simpro, Groundplan Take-Off, and Stacked software** is highly advantageous.
- Experience with **Bluebeam** is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven experience working with **Tier 1, 2, and 3 main contractors**.
- Work on high-profile, large-scale commercial projects.
