We’re looking for a passionate and high energy Team Supervisor/Manager in Training to join our Under Armour Factory House in Tawa, Wellington.

This role is perfect for someone who loves being on the shop floor, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is wanting to develop and grow into a management role.

You’ll support the Store Manager, lead by example, and help deliver epic customer experiences through active selling, great store standards and strong team energy.

What You'll Do:

• Lead shifts and be hands-on on the sales floor maintaining stock processes and service standards
• Drive active service to achieve sales and conversion targets
• Ensure the store is clean, full and game ready with refills and recovery standards.
• Coach teammates in the moment and build confidence
• Grow product knowledge across the team
• Help create a positive, people-first culture
