Drainage Investigation Tech + Training Provided

Do you have good practical skills, problem-solving ability and good computer skills? Want a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Join our team investigating and managing stormwater and wastewater networks across the Wellington region.

Good communication and people skills are important as you may be working alongside other contractors and site teams and also dealing with the public.

What you’ll do:
  • Travel to different sites in a work vehicle
  • Inspect stormwater & wastewater systems for faults or blockages
  • Carry out diagnostic checks and monitor water quality
  • Write clear reports and communicate findings with site teams
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in groundworks/civil preferred
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors (sometimes wet or muddy!)
  • Clean NZ Class 1 driver licence
  • Must pass drug & MOJ checks
  • NZ residency
What we offer:
  • Full training provided – no experience? No problem!
  • $36/hr starting pay
  • Immediate start
