Location: Preferably Feilding / Manawatu but would consider Remote.
?* Coordinating team calendars and appointments.
?* Managing invoicing and basic bookkeeping.
Hours: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week
The Role:We are a fast-paced repairs and maintenance business looking for a proactive coordinator to own our daily office workflows.
This role is perfect for a sharp, "no-nonsense" administrator who enjoys variety and wants a role that can evolve as the business grows.- Key Responsibilities:
?* Managing high-volume email and lead inquiries.
?* Qualifying leads over the phone and booking site visits.?* Coordinating team calendars and appointments.
?* Managing invoicing and basic bookkeeping.
- Skills & Experience:
- Proactive & reliable: You don’t wait for a "to-do" list; you see what needs to be done and get it done.
- SimPRO & Xero: Previous experience is preferred (but we will train the right person).
