Commercial Project Manager
RELOCATE TO QUEENSTOWN - CONSTRUCTION IS BOOMING
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will take ownership of a portfolio of commercial projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from early planning through to completion. Projects are varied and include a mix of medium to large-scale commercial developments.
You’ll be supported by a stable, experienced office and site team, with systems and processes already in place to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple commercial projects
- Programme, resource and financially manage projects to successful outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Provide leadership and direction to site and project teams
- Ensure high standards of H&S, quality, and programme performance
- Report on project performance, risks, and opportunities
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction*
- Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, and programming
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders
- Organised, solutions-focused, and capable of running multiple projects concurrently
- NZ construction experience preferred
- Strong, confirmed pipeline of commercial projects
- Mixture of interesting and high-quality builds
- Stable, supportive office and site team
