Partnering with specialised civil infrastructure business, we’re on the hunt for a talented Project Manager to take ownership of key projects across Christchurch; with a strong focus on water, drainage, directional drilling, and underground services.

Your role will include:

• Leading projects from planning right through to completion
• Overseeing water, wastewater, stormwater, and underground service installs
• Coordinating directional drilling and trenchless operations
• Managing crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and plant
• Programming works, monitoring costs, and handling variations
• Working closely with councils, engineers, inspectors, and clients
• Embedding strong H&S, environmental, and quality practices on site

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager (or Senior PM) in civil construction
• Strong background in water, drainage, and underground services
• Directional drilling/trenchless experience (a real advantage)
• Solid understanding of NZ standards and council processes
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
