- What you will bring Proven experience in senior health, safety, and organisational resilience leadership In-depth understanding of Aotearoa's safety and regulatory environment Build strong relationships across government, unions, emergency agencies and iwi to ensure Kāinga Ora sets the benchmark for public sector safety and wellbeing A commitment to culturally safe practices and Te Tiriti o Waitangi obligations Experience embedding a strong safety culture in large organisationsNōu te rourou
