What We're Looking For: Previous experience in food service or hospitality (required)
Previous Leadership experience & the ability to motivate and lead a team to be their bestAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading hours
Key Responsibilities: Preparing and serving smash burgers to a high standard
Maintaining speed and quality under pressureProviding friendly, efficient customer service
Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organized
