Christchurch Automotive Sales Company is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in the showroom or online inquiries
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new or used vehicles
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals
- Assist with vehicle handover and after-sales follow-up
- Passion for cars sales experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid New Zealand driver’s licence (Full licence preferred, or willingness to upgrade)
- Competitive remuneration: Base salary + uncapped commission
- Full training and ongoing product support
