CMG Motorcycles is growing, and with exciting brands and increasing demand, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Christchurch team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about motorcycles and customer service to build a rewarding career in the motorcycle industry. Whether customers are experienced riders or completely new to bikes, you'll play a key role in helping them find the right fit and enjoy an exceptional buying experience.

• Delivering outstanding customer service from enquiry through to delivery
• Selling motorcycles, accessories and riding gear
• Understanding customer needs and providing professional advice and solutions
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Supporting day-to-day dealership operations including administration and stocktaking
• Contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment

Weekend work is required.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, hardworking, and can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence using computers and digital systems
• Patience and a down-to-earth personality, especially with customers new to riding
• Flexibility and willingness to thrive in a busy environment
• A genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle

• Previous experience in retail, wholesale, or automotive sales
• Extensive motorcycle knowledge
• Experience riding motorcycles or involvement in the motorcycle community
