Mental Health Clinical Team Member - Tauranga
The Home-Based Treatment Team is based on the premise that for some people their recovery is better enabled by treating them at home in the community they live in, surrounded by the people they are closest to.The service will operate 7 days a week as an urgent response team that provides assessment, treatment, monitoring, service coordination, support and advice to family/whānau/carers whose loves ones are experiencing a mental health crisis.

You will have sound acute assessment skills, be able to make decisions quickly with patients, staff, and have community safety at the forefront of all decisions made. You will be flexible with your thinking as well as with your ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.We are looking for someone with an open mind who is positive, passionate and has a desire to learn and grow. It is preferable that you have a minimum 3 years' experience in the Mental Health sector.
