Machine Operators - Hawkes Bay

Unite Recruit are looking for the following workers for upcoming works in the Hawkes Bay Area:
- Excavator Operators
- Articulated Dumper (Moxy)
- Bulldozer
- Graders
- Scrapers
- Compactor
- Roller
- Loader
Pay rates will vary depending on your experience, and on the machine you can operate.
Ideally, you need to be:
- Able to work unsupervised with a positive work attitude,
- Bulk and/or finish experience,
- GPS experience preferred but not essential,
- Willing and proactive in getting out of your machine to help on the ground when needed,
- You must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests,
- Understanding of safe work practices pertaining to an earthworks/civil environment,
- Knowledgeable of, or willing to learn, operations outside of general duties,
- Willing to assist with maintenance, clean-up and anything else that requires attention, as directed by the Site Supervisor or Manager.

- $200 cash bonus for the first 200 hours your referral has worked.

- Come with a good attitude,
- Ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn,
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and random tests thereafter,
- Your own reliable transport to get to and from work.
- All applicants must hold a valid NZ work visa or an NZ resident.
Any applicants based out side of NZ will not be considered for this particular role.
