Our client is one of New Zealand’s leaders in the manufacturing of cardboard packaging solutions and we are on the lookout for Machine Operator Assistants for their Hastings based factory.

We are looking for an absolute superstar Machine Operator for our Hastings based client, for this role you will have proven machine operating experience, with a good mechanical aptitude. A certain level of fitness is required as you will be on your feet for long periods at a time, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well within a team environment.

• Monday to Friday – 7.00am – 3.30pm

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator.
• Mechanical aptitude with a hands on approach.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Ability to work as part of a team and have a reliable work ethic.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must have a clean criminal background.
