Receptionist & Administration Assistant

  • As a receptionist and administration assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
  • Managing bookings, invoices, and payments
  • Handling mail, email, and other correspondence
  • Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems
  • Ordering and stocking office supplies
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional activities
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer and numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Previous experience in the motor trade would be an advantage, but not essential
