Café All-Rounder – The Lil Brew, Redcliffs ?

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and capable person to join our team at The Lil Brew in Redcliffs.

This is a key role, working closely with our Floor Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of the café and maintain the warm, welcoming experience our regulars love.

• Approximately 15-25 hours per week (flexible week days between 6.30am - 1pm)
• Includes weekend work
• Supporting daily café operations
• Stepping up to help lead shifts when needed

• Is naturally friendly, warm, chatty and great with people
• Has strong barista skills (latte art essential)
• Is confident with baking and food prep
• Is reliable and takes pride in their work
• Can take initiative and enjoys getting involved with events and collabs
• Enjoys contributing ideas (drinks, baking, specials) - We love creativity and fun ideas

• Making consistently high-quality coffee
• Baking and preparing cabinet food
• Serving customers and maintaining a great café atmosphere
• Supporting the team during busy periods
• Helping keep the café clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Assisting with running shifts when the Floor Manager is not present
