The successful applicant should have good relevant work experience.Barista and front house experience would be a big bonus but not essential.
The successful applicant will be required to work in a busy cafe environment, prepare cafe style short orders and cabinet food efficiently ( eg. Prepare and wrap sandwiches, baking etc.) and undertake other duties as required. The successful applicant will also need to be able to work under pressure, work autonomously, efficient and highly organized.Nothing hard but needs to be very organized.
