Arborist Opportunities – Hawke’s Bay
$30–$40/hr | Full-Time - Permanent Employment

We're on the hunt for skilled Arborists to join top-notch teams across Hawke’s Bay. If you're experienced, safety-conscious and passionate about working with nature, this is your chance to be part of rewarding projects that shape the local landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performing tree health inspections and risk assessments
- Climbing trees using ropes, harnesses and EWPs
- Pruning, trimming and shaping trees and shrubs
- Tree removals, stump grinding, planting and transplanting
- Pest and disease treatment and fertilisation
- Operating chainsaws, chippers and stump grinders
- Vegetation management around power and telecom lines
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ arborist experience
- Arboriculture qualification preferred but not essential
- Reliable transport to job sites
- Bonus if you hold Class 2, 4 or 5 licence
- First-aid certification a plus
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Two work references
