Excavator Operator - GT Civil Ltd - Taupo

With over 40 years combined experience in the civil construction industry, GT Civil can tackle the toughest of projects. GT Civil is a construction company established through the collaboration of the 2 Directors, Tim Graham and Nathan Thomas, who set about the civil construction industry with the intent to becoming a key player in the small to medium sized construction company field.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our hardworking and dedicated team.

• Operate excavators and other civil plant on a variety of construction sites.
• Work safely and efficiently around live services.
• Contribute to road reinstatement and surface preparation activities.
• Assist with the installation of large diameter pipework and drainage systems.

• Proven experience operating a range of civil plant and excavators.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols around live services.
• Experience in road reinstatement work.
• Solid background in drainage works and installing large diameter pipe systems.

Ideally, you will also have: A valid Class 2 Driver’s Licence.
