We screen over 40,000 wāhine each year, and we pride ourselves on consistently delivering a positive experience for our clients.About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative and Receptionist to work on our Mobile Breast Screening Unit based in Northland.

While the majority of work will be based on the mobile unit, there will also be times where you assist with inbound and outbound calls to our call centre, supporting client bookings and follow-up as needed.This role is responsible for providing an efficient, customer-focussed service to our clients, ensuring they experience a positive interaction.The role involves managing walk-in clients, coordinating with the Medical Imaging Technologists and local Māori Health Providers and escorting clients to changing rooms while explaining the screening process.

The role also entails enrolling clients into the Breast Screening program through various channels, ensuring clients receive necessary forms, and following up with those who haven't responded to invitations. Additionally, the position requires prompt outreach to clients who miss appointments, assistance in rescheduling, and providing advice to clients and primary care regarding appointments and screening/treatment pathways.Click here to view the position description.About UsHealth New Zealand Waitematā provides health services to approximately 650,000 residents of the North Shore, Waitakere, and Rodney areas.

You’ll be comfortable driving to various locations, able to work independently, and have a flexible attitude. You will also be able to demonstrate a high-level of tact when interacting with staff and clients in what can be an emotionally demanding situation.
