This role is based at our Whangarei site.
In this dynamic role you will:Communicate clearly with all our customers in a calm and professional manner including managing complaintsAssess and rewrap damaged items and record the information in our systemCompleting general administrative dutiesLift up to 25kg Provide information and support regarding NZ Post products and servicesDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staff alikeShift: Tuesday to Friday: 09:30
- 15:00 (20 hours per week)Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:Proven experience in customer service or retail to deal with a diverse range of customer queries (this is a face-to-face position)Be comfortable with a physcial role (you will lift up to 25kgs) A willingness to learn and take on board our policies and proceduresComfort using new systems and processes Strong communication skills to engage our customers, discuss products and services that they need and provide solutions.Ready to be a part of that story?
