We’re seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. You’ll work under our Head Chef and alongside a passionate kitchen crew to consistently prepare high-quality dishes and contribute to a dynamic, professional kitchen environment.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook, and present menu items across all kitchen sections to a high standard.
  • Follow recipes and plating specifications.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor food quality during preparation and service.
  • Assist with stock control, rotation, and storage.
  • Help train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Assist in menu planning and specials when required.

What We’re Looking For:
  • At least three years of relevant experience as a chef in a commercial kitchen.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, ideally with Asian or fusion-style cuisine.
  • Good knife skills and knowledge of a range of cooking techniques.
  • Understanding and enforcing food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols.
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and contribute to a supportive kitchen culture.
  • Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures.
  • Preparing and cooking food.
