Mosaic Venues brings together Mr Go’s, Ombra, Kisa, Parla, and LTD. Event Space. With the recent purchase of Wellington Sourdough and our growing prep schedule, we’re looking for reliable Delivery Drivers / Kitchen Helpers to support our venues with early-morning deliveries and hands-on kitchen assistance.
This is a practical, physical position combining delivery driving in our company Toyota Hiace Van and kitchen/prep support. You’ll be an important part of our day, helping ensure our wholesale customers from our Left Bank Bakery, and our own venues, from the Bakery and our prep kitchen on Dixon Street receive what they need, on time, every time.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

We’ll consider hiring a full-timer for Monday to Friday or Tuesday – Saturday; and a part-
timer for Saturday and Sunday or Sunday and Monday. We will also consider different
option such as 4 or 3 days, and casual roles. If the role appeals, please apply and we can sort
*$27.50–$29.50 per hour (depending on experience)
There is a part-time and full-time position available.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Delivery & logistics
- Complete early-morning deliveries between Wellington Sourdough and our venues
- Load/unload, handle items with care, and deliver accurately to the right place/person
- Keep deliveries organised: checklists, labels, packing integrity, clear communication
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism while representing our brands
- Assist with basic prep and packing (portioning, labelling, stocking, tidy-down)
- Help keep the bakery and prep kitchen organised: dishes, general pack down/cleaning, rubbish/recycling, end-of-shift reset
- Support the prep team to keep everything running smoothly during the morning rush
HOURS & ROSTER OPTIONS
Shift hours: 4:00am or 4:30am start (depending on run) to 12:00pm or 12:30pm finishWe’ll consider hiring a full-timer for Monday to Friday or Tuesday – Saturday; and a part-

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR- Extremely reliable (early starts mean you must be consistent and on time)
- A genuine ambassador for Mosaic Venues and Wellington Sourdough — friendly, professional, respectful, honest
- Organised, can work diligently under time pressure
- Flexible work; there will be variety in the day
- Comfortable with hands-on kitchen work and a “see it, sort it” attitude
- Full, clean drivers licence (must-have)
- Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting trays/crates, loading/unloading)
- Strong communication and a team-first mindset
- Able to get to Te Aro for early AM.
