Working from our Palmerston North Box Lobby, our Mail and Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone.
You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers.
While this is a part time role, there may be opportunity to cover vacant shifts up to 40 hours per week.

What we need from you: Be available to work Monday to Friday: 12:30- 17:30Reliable transport Previous experience in a customer facing environment, ideally retail Problem solving skills
