We’re looking for a hard-workin’ Kitchen Hand. Could it be you?

Maintaining a clean, orderly kitchen is second nature to you. You’ll be in charge of washing and sterilising incoming dishes, pots and pans and cleaning all areas of the kitchen. Hospo experience and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.

You’re good at following systems and processes. In the Lone Star kitchens, we expect everyone to follow our Kitchen Bible and Operations Manual.

And of course, you’re a top team player, ready to jump in and help at the drop of a hat.

But most of all, you’re excited about joining a team that’s committed to giving our guests flawless service and famous food with a personal touch.

We’ve spent 30 years giving folks legendary experiences, and we don’t settle for anything less than the best when it comes to our Lone Star Crew.
