Checkout Operator

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated person to join our Front-End team as a Checkout Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same.

Day and Hours:

Fri: 9am-3pm

Sat 9am-6pm

Sun: 11am-8pm

About the Role:

• Providing outstanding customer service at our checkouts
• Assisting with the smooth daily running of the Front-End department
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, accuracy, and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude with strong people skills
• Previous customer service (retail experience an advantage but not essential)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliability, honesty, and the ability to work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
