Hastings - Inservice Educator - Flexible part time
We are seeking an Inservice Educator who will be responsible for providing educational support and training on incontinence products to caregivers and nursing staff. This role involves building strong relationships, delivering presentations, and ensuring that attendees have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions and use incontinence products as efficiently as possible.
All materials are provided, we are seeking a knowledgeable person with a friendly and professional manner to present these materials during a 45 minutes to 1 hour session and deal with any other queries that arise during the session.
Sessions will be held around New Zealand and all travel/flight/accommodation costs paid for by the company.
Experience: Experience in healthcare education, community nursing, aged care or a related field; experience in incontinence care or in person education is a bonus.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain the subject matter in a clear and engaging way.
Empathy & Compassion: A strong understanding of the physical and emotional challenges associated with incontinence and a patient focused approach to education.
Certification: A nursing, healthcare, or medical qualification would be helpful but it not essential.Travel: Travel to healthcare facilities to conduct the education sessions is required and scheduled in advance working with you.
