As a Junior Insulation Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients—working across both residential and commercial sectors. You’ll be responsible for managing leads, quoting jobs, building customer relationships, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to sales enquiries and follow up with potential clients

Prepare and present accurate quotes and solutions

Conduct site visits to assess insulation requirements

Maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and homeowners

Hit sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service

Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and industry trends

We’re Looking For:

Experience in sales (experience in the building/construction industry is a plus)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

Ability to manage time and workload effectively

Full NZ driver’s licence

A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
