Customer Service / Office Administrator

If you enjoy working in a busy office environment, then we welcome your online application.

We are looking for a bubbly 'people person' with a great phone manner and customer service skills.

Working with the office team you will be answering calls from customers, following up on referrals from insurance providers, identifying work required and scheduling jobs for the glaziers.

Key Criteria;
  • A warm and friendly manner, excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
  • You must have the confidence and ability to manage a wide range of tasks from customers and staff.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly, and work independently.
  • Ability to handle frequent interaction and inputs from clients and staff is a real must.

Based in Mt Maunganui

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Start date to be negotiated but required as soon as possible to enable training to be undertaken.
