We're hiring an Operations Manager to lead the frontline support function across our office network.
The role
Based at HQ with responsibility across every office, you'll lead the Team Leaders and the wider Office Administration team. You'll own the end-to-end sales support process from listing to settlement. Your job is to make it easier for our salespeople to do theirs, and to make sure every client interaction reflects the standard we're known for.
What you'll do:- Lead and develop the Team Leaders, and through them, the broader support team.
- Own the sales support workflow end to end. Find friction, remove it.
- Drive consistency across offices without losing sensible local flexibility.
- Partner with Marketing, Technology, Compliance, and Finance to lift the salesperson and client experience.
- Build a service-focused culture across the support function.
- A track record in senior operations, administration, or service leadership.
- Experience leading multi-site teams and managing team leaders or supervisors.
- Real estate, franchising, or another fast-paced professional services environment (preferred).
- Strong people leadership. You coach, you develop, you hold the standard.
- A practical eye for process. You see how work flows and how to improve it.
- Calm, organised, direct but fair, comfortable with change.
