The Role
From coordinating large-scale painting projects—such as exterior painting of buildings and homes—to handling detailed touch-ups, you'll take on a diverse range of tasks across the resort. This role offers a balance between independence and collaboration: you'll have the freedom to manage your own workload while being an integral part of a supportive team.We value those who consistently exceed guest and client expectations, meet deadlines, and uphold the highest standards of quality in their work.
Success Profile- Minimum of three years' experience or relevant industry qualifications desirable
- Ability to work independently using your own initiative, as well as being an effective team player
- Outstanding attention to detail and experience working at heights
- A commitment to sustainable work practises to ensure materials and processes minimise environmental impairment
- Full, clean NZ driver's license desirable
- Excellent time management skills coupled with technical and practical knowledge
- General maintenance experience advantages, as well good painting, application and preparation techniques
- Great communication skills, couple with a ‘can do' attitude
- Must be physically fit as this role requires manual handling
Hours: Full time guaranteed 30/40 hours per week
Pay Banding: $35.00 - $36.00 gross per hour depending on experience
