Are you an organized and detail-oriented administrator looking for a varied role?
Ostro Roofing is seeking an Administrator to provide essential support and customer service to our Clients, Operations Manager, Head Roofer and general roofing team at our office in Upper Hutt.
Full time: Hours to be agreed upon (within standard business hours but may involve early mornings)Pay rate: 55k - 63k
Location: In our Upper Hutt office at this stage, but may move to location in the Hutt Valley/Lower Hutt in the future
About the Role:
As Administration Support, you will provide customer service to our clients, as well as assisting with general administration & diary/job management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Liaison/Customer Service – Including but not limited to answering our main phone line and managing any client queries. Contacting clients to confirm project details, as well as responding to emails.
- Daily Administration Support – Handling data entry, shared inbox inquiries, and records.
- General Administration – Document management, scheduling, booking accommodation for our teams working out of area, as well as general team support.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience of either working in in an administrative supports role, trades administration OR something where you’ve had to organise busy people.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, must be able to write a solid email.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
