Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to advance your career and enjoy a coastal lifestyle with better work life balance? We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a $10 million subdivision project in Bargara.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the success of our initial project in the region while also driving growth as we continue to secure and deliver more projects in the region.

With in-house survey, pipe and concrete crews we handle a diverse portfolio ranging from multi-million-dollar master planned communities to roadworks, essential infrastructure projects and collaborations with local councils.

About you

You'll have a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works. You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.

Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities with a focus on effective planning and execution
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Expertise in negotiating, evaluating, and administering contracts, specifications, and Australian standards
  • Ability to build and nurture working relationships
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for leading, motivating, and influencing teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
