Project Manager

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead refurbishment and maintenance projects from planning through to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values structured processes, and takes pride in delivering results that exceed expectations — on time and within budget.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple sites
• Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement, and reporting
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Maintain safe and tidy sites and delivering projects to a high standard
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the build
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project momentum
• Monitor compliance with health & safety regulations
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

• Proficient in technology and skilled in updating paperwork, including familiarity with construction software and digital tools

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial building processes
• Familiarity with construction software and scheduling tools
• Relevant qualifications in construction/project management preferred
• Knowledge of NZ building codes and health & safety regulations
